"A clean, very well equipped apartment on a lovely quiet little street. Looks like a very recent renovation of an historic building. We had a bit of a problem getting in as the instructions were sent very late, and it’s totally automated. However, after that, communication was very good. The electric stopped working and a staff person was there to help within minutes. I would just advise that hotidays send instructions to Expedia at least 24 hrs ahead as not everyone has international calling or...

"I was in Siracusa for three weeks attending the Italian Academy. I found this flat after searching VBRO. I couldn't have been happier from the moment I walked in. The entry was easy and had been well explained. Riccardo always checked in with me to see if I was OK. The flat was clean and well-equipped. It was near my school, and a few minutes walk to Ortigia and supermarkets. It was easy to make this flat my home. I can't wait to come back next summer. Thank you Riccardo for everything."

È stato appena ristrutturato ed è dotato di tutti i confort. La stanza da letto è davvero grande e comoda e fa accedere ad un gradevolissimo spazio esterno attrezzato. Il bagno è ampio ed ha una doccia super. Vi è poi un soggiorno con angolo cottura completo e una stanzetta con letti a castello e terrazzino. Si parcheggia in strada...
