"Picked this spot for the pool and that it had a cool Tiki Bar. Super disappointed that we were told the pool closed at 8 because there was no lifeguard... It was literally still light outside and there wasn't a lifeguard all day! Figured at least we had the Tiki on site. Expensive drinks in a silent, awkward atmosphere. Sad because it has so much potential!"

"Estuve tres noches en ese hotel y nunca hicieron mi habitación, no cambiaron ni repusieron las toallas ni hicieron la cama ni absolutamente nada en mi habitación.Además, el aire era viejo y anticuado, y cada vez que encendía y apagaba hacía un ruido horrible que no permitía descansar bien. Las almohadas horriblemente duras, como si fuera poco el elevador no servía, así que tuvimos que subir y bajar escaleras. . En fin fui con una expectativa mucho más alta cuando reservé este hotel, ya que me parecía un hotel moderno y con muy buena ubicación, pero realmente le falta muchos detalles por mejorar.."

"Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”. They leave 6 new bottles in your room every day and despite the efforts to protect the waterways, mangroves, sea life all around. The hotel is not on board with sustainability practices, One girl at front desk quite rude. Everyone else lovely. Music too loud at tiki bar!"

Beautiful Historic House in Downtown Sarasota, Walk to Downtown and Bay

"My teenage children - plus a bonus teenager - and I absolutely loved our stay at Perry Little House in the beautiful historic Laurel Park neighborhood. The home was clean and charming with beautiful artwork throughout, an updated and pretty kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely living room with a fireplace and a bonus room. There was plenty of outdoor space. The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes, utensils and gadgets anyone could need. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and features unique and beautiful historic homes. It is on the edge of downtown Sarasota and convenient to Siesta Key and St. Armands Circle, really the perfect location for us. Michael was a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating. I would 100-percent stay here again and have already recommended the home to family and friends."
