"We stayed there twice now. The staff is excellent. Nice swimming pool and excellent view and private beach with a bay. The rooms are clean. You walk across the road and your on Pensacola beach. Plenty of excellent restaurants, places to shop and family activities to do. "

"The view was wonderful. The hotel was NOT. This place needs some serious attention. Our backdoor wouldn’t shut. The AC cover fell off when I moved the little plastic table outside- because the table was holding it up. The flooring is coming apart. The lamp in the living room kept flickering. The entire place needs paint. It looks like housekeeping is doing the best they can, but there's only so much that can be done to a place that just needs to be completely redone. "
