False advertising
The room we got had no resemblance whatsoever with the pictures on hotels.com It appeared like a totally different hotel. Never in my life have I witnessed such a big difference between advertisement and product. I would never book here again.

Dirtyl but teastfull.
Not so bad . But It could be better improving the cleaning. The bathroom was a little dirty. The breakfeast was amazing.

Great location, right in downtown, you can walk everywhere and lots of options (stores, restaurants...). The hotel itself is fine. Clean, good bed, good shower. The hotel is remodeling so a few things were not opened and due to Covid, breakfast was a bag that you pick up and go back to eat in your room. Understandable but it wasn’t good.

Internet does not work
Internet does not work, very very weak signal. asked to be changed to another room, said it was full. Then as I was leaving, the manager appears and tells me they will change me to another room (so there was something available and they did not tell me). I asked to be moved tomorrow. Let's see how this ends.

Worst. Hotel. Ever.
It is just the worst hotel ever. I rented a double room, they gave me 3 single bed. The 3 single beds were hard, unclean, ripped off on the sides. Bad smells in the corridor. Matresses put up in the corridor to let them catch some fresh air. Worst hotel ever honestly!!

I spent 5 nights at this hotel during a recent business trip. The hotel is at a great location, close to shops and restaurants and the city centre. The room was very clean and spacious. The internet connection is patchy and if you have to work and need it, as I did, you may get a bit stressed out like I did. On a couple of occasions, I asked to have my car brought from the paid garage and after 30 minutes it was still not available and I ended up getting to meetings late as a result. The problem is that you cannot drive in and out of the garage itself and have to rely on unreliable valet service.

Straightforward and met my expectations
An older building but with modern upgrades. The room itself (a single king size bed) was reasonably spacious. Some of the walls/paint could be cleaner but, hey for what I paid, I can't really complain. Quiet and comfortable place to wind down a day out sightseeing - perfect for me (a sole traveler). Right in central/downtown if that's an asset. Close walk (< 10 minutes) to the bus terminal for daytrips/excursions to the more interesting parts (to me) of the island.

Tudo errado desde o início, check-in com recepcionistas que não sabe dar nenhuma informação a respeito da cidade, nem onde pegar um ônibus pra praia. Quarto sofrível, sem cortinas, guarda-roupa sem puxador, quebrado, travesseiros sem fronhas, lençol sujo, a TV só pega um canal, banheiro sujo todos os dias em função de cupim no espelho, muito decepcionante do que era o Floph anteriormente, até na hora de ir embora mais uma reclamação, peguei uma coca-cola que estava marcado 5 reais no frigobar e na hora de ir embora fui informado que era 7 reais que o valor não era aquele. A rede Andrade terá muito trabalho pela frente pra reverter toda essa lamentável situação. A única coisa boa que se salva é a funcionária do café da manhã que faz de tudo pra tornar um “refresco” de laranja que é servido uma coisa irrelevante com tanta simpatia que atende os hóspedes, que as pessoas ficariam ate com vergonha em reclamar de algo com essa senhora impecável no seu atendimento

O hotel atende bem as necessidades de quem precisa de um lugar para dormir e que passará o dia fora em eventos ou a trabalho. O prédio é antigo e o banheiro precisa de reforma urgente. No entanto, percebi que já estão em processo de reforma. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom. Desde a camareira até os recepcionistas. Ponto alto da estadia. O café da manhã tem é muito bom para o preço que paguei. O hotel é bem localizado no centro de Floripa.

Hotel bem central, cordialidade dos funcionários, como pontos positivos; mas limpeza deixou muito a desejar, assim como instalação/conservação do quarto (hotel precisa de uma grande reforma), reposição de frigobar, café da manhã sem atrativos, água do chuveiro que não esquentava. Preço muito caro pro pouco que o hotel oferece.
