Very ventilated and cozy house close to the dunes of Mozambique, 700 m from commerce, pharmacy, market and public transport.
House with 2 bedrooms: one with double bed and one with two beds. Living room with double sofa bed and 32 ”TV. It has wi-fi. American kitchen with duplex refrigerator, gas stove and basic cooking utensils for 6 people.
Backyard in front of the house with beach shower, garage with high gate.
Very quiet, residential and silent street. In front of the Red Park Condominium, with free use on the sports court and playground.
Access to the beach in Mozambique by a trail of about 1 km through the dunes or access to the beach by car through the Rio Vermelho reserve at 7 km.
There is 1 chalet in the same lot isolated by a separate access gate. It can be rented in conjunction with the house, accommodating 3 more people with additional part.
Bairro do Norte da Ilha, with easy access to the beaches of the North: barra da lagoa, ingleses, mole, santinho.
House with periodic maintenance and electrical and hydraulic assistance by the insurance company BB 24h.
