    The 134m² property has a suite with a QUEEN bed, a bedroom with a QUEEN bed, a bedroom with a SINGLE bed, and a living room with a 60" Smart TV. All rooms are equipped with SPLIT AC (COOL ONLY).

    1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.

    2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
