Staff friendly, comfortable bed, excellent food - the buffet breakfast breakfast was delicious and so was dinner.. highly recommend the chill garlic prawns (should be a main).

Rydges Canberra is older than the other hotels near the national circuit. The fitness centre is in very poor condition and is decades old with some of the machines in broken state. The rooms are a mix of updated fixtures and run-down furniture. The room I stayed in had a coffee table that was so wobbly that I could not place a drink on it for fear of it falling over. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were good, but there was mild visible in the shower tiles and floor.

We had a lovely stay. Rooms were large and clean. Hotel was quiet and easy to get to. We didnt have a lot to do with many staff, but those we did were excellent. Would stay again!

"We were left waiting for 2 hours because our room was not ready, however the staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was nice. We had a good deal with breakfast and parking included in the price. We loved the bar, dim lighting throughout and pool facilities. We would stay there again."
