"The staff at this resort go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It's the small things like remembering your name, if you take your coffee with cream or if you prefer a a certain sauce with every meal. If you need anything to your room someone answers promptly and takes it quickly. Everyone is so kind and the resort is simply amazing. Highly recommend to stay here. Elmer, Alex and Edwin the driver are great! "

"Clean room and friendly, helpful staff"

"The room and amenities are just as described. Due to the location and infrastructure of the island/inlet (isla de flores) they seem to get a lot of electrical issues often. We visited when the weather was above 30 degrees Celsius, and on the first night, our AC stopped working. The staff initially stated that the mechanical workers couldn't come until the morning to fix the problem, but the room got unbearably hot without AC. Thankfully, the night hotel staff tried until they were able to reset the breaker, and the AC resumed working. However, the next day there was an ~8-hour period during which the entire island had a power outage. I understand this was out of the hotel's control. Bring a headlamp just in case of these outages! "
