The hotel was the best! The staff was so attentive and helpful, it’s like they all just want you to have a great stay. Everything was clean and the food/restaurant was delicious. I want to thank Mery and Andrea especially for being the best!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was fine but the windows opened into the courtyard which meant very little privacy. They had seating in the courtyard which had a cute touch. The shower was cold for one of us - maybe heating is not reliable.

Good place to stay for an overnight stay before you head to Tikal. Slightly away from the center of Flores. Restaurant was decent and they did have a pool that I didn’t use

Really nice hotel. Clean atmosphere and rooms super clean with modern fixtures and furnishings. Really nice bathrooms. The pool was perfect with a nice bar and tables. This hotel is not on the water but just a couple of minutes up the street. Great stay.

Beautiful and relaxing stay! Loved the ambiance! Also we felt at peace since the property has it's own private parking area. The only thing was that the air conditioner started leaking, but the staff acted quickly and moved us to the next room. Overall wonderful stay!

Great stay!

We stayed there for 2 nights! They were doing a little construction close to our room while we were there so that's the only reason I would hold a star back, other then that it was great! The facilities are gorgeous! No complimentary breakfast either just do you no.

Terrific new hotel with outstanding service

Had a lovely stay at this hotel with my family late August as a base to visit Tikal. The hotel was new, clean and very comfortable. Also enjoyed dinner at their on-site restaurant on a couple of occasions - we were impressed by the service and extra attention given to us by the staff - particularly by Sergio and Jose - thank you for being so nice to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will return when we visit Tikal and Guatemala again.

Once inside it was an incredible property with a wonderful staff. We enjoyed ourselves. Outside the property you were far enough away from restaurants and Flores Island you couldn't walk. The surrounding market was a little shady, too. I would stay there again though.

Hotel is very modern and clean. Easy to communicate with them through WhatsApp. Hotel has complimentary transportation. They picked us up and dropped us off to the airport. They also drove us to Isla Flores at no cost. This was very convenient and safe, as I was traveling with my kids.

This looks to be a relatively new hotel. The staff was nice. There is only hot water on floors one and three. There were a million mosquitos in our room. It was a bit challenging to communicate since the staff did not know English that much. They also did not have that many vegetarian options.

The property is beautiful. It's a hidden gem in an area that is not developed yet. It's not on the island of flores but it is walkable distance (if you don't mind walking) or it's a short cab ride. The staff was courteous and very professional. I was always greeted with a smile. All the staff members I interacted with always went above and beyond to assist me. I was amazed by the quality of the service. My room was clean, beds were comfortable. The reataurant on site was good. I honestly have no complaints, all my needs were met and considering the rating I was pleasantly surprised. The site and the room were as pictured. I highly recommend this place.

We booked this hotel because of the amenities- pool, breakfast, and enough beds for our family. We knew it was a ways out from the tourist area of Flores, but what no reviews said is that it is basically in the village. Within 5 seconds of leaving the hotel lobby we were witnessing pigs mating on the side of the dirt road. It is a luxury hotel in the middle of a less fortunate community. This hotel is a long hot 30 minute walk to Isla de Flores, so be prepared either to sweat and eat a lot of tuk tuk fumes, or pay for transport. A couple other complaints were: at check-in they informed us our room booking did NOT in fact include the free breakfast, but no info as to why. We had a mix of indifferent and great service from staff while we were here. The “twin bed” in our room that we paid extra for and enticed us to stay was a couch that not even our ten year old could fit on comfortably. The air conditioning and fan were wonderful and reliable, but the bathroom had a strange double window set up that could not be closed and had no bug screen so we were inundated with mosquitoes. The pool was great, but we could not use it because of a photo shoot the first day, and it closes at 8:00 so you need to hustle back from your tourist activities to swim. Otherwise the hotel is clean and nice, and compared to other hotels we stayed in during our Guatemalan trip, A/C is a game changer. If you are looking to spend time on Isla de Flores, though, stay closer.

The hotel was great. If I may suggest to put assemble a shower mat to prevent accidents, because I slipped in the shower- it was an extremely slippery tile in #108- and I really hurt myself. So to equip the bathooms with non-slip shower mats would be my suggestion
