"The staff was super welcoming when I arrive. My French was not good but they were able to communicate in English, making the check-in process smooth and delightful. Love the smiles on their face when greeting guests. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bedding and nice bathroom. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again if I ever stop by Agde. "Anlage und Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen; bei Ankunft hat in einem Bett die Bettwäsche gefehlt, wurde dann gebracht und wir haben die Betten selbst bezogen. Schöner Pool mit sehr vielen Liegen. Der See ist auch schön, wenn er auch stellenweise nach Schwefel stinkt. Abendessenbuffet sehr lecker. Beim Abendessen auf der Terrasse konnten wir immer den Sonnenuntergang über dem See beobachten. Das war sehr schön. In der Nachsaison (Anfang September) gab es leider keine Aquagymnatik mehr....

"The hotel is in good condition and the location is great. A free parking can be found nearby. The only issue is that we got attacked by mosquitos all night long... Although we managed to kill 5 or 6 of them, they kept arriving so I suspect there was a way for them to come into the room, probably by the bathroom. From the many squashed bugs seen on the wall, it must be a recurring problem there."

"Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was wretched. We had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open which lead to lots of mosquitos and horrible bites. We left two nights early knowing we wouldn’t get a refund but they still charged us all the taxes. Don’t do the hotel breakfast. Not worth the €25 per person. Going in September meant the bar upstairs had no attendant. You have to call down to have them bring anything up. Not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was truly a 4 star hotel that needs a lot of maintenance. "
