Per un weekend va bene.

Esperienza positiva, la struttura è vecchia, ma gode di una vista su Firenze davvero bella, la colazione ok. La sera per fare la doccia l’acqua era tiepida e la motivazione che ci è stata data era perché tutti la stavano facendo. Vabbè se ci si adatta non è un problema.

A room with a view ...

Villa Morghen is an old monastery, fully of charm and in a lovely setting. The facilities are quite basic but that is reflected in the price so it is good value for money. It is a 30 minute bus journey from the centre of Florence, the buses are quite regular and the hotel is a short walk from the bus stop. There are a small number of restaurants and cafes close by. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall an enjoyable stay in a peaceful setting with lovely views of Florence.

Excelente ubicación a las afueras de Florencia.

Se trata de un antiguo convento benedictino ubicado a las afueras de Florencia en un lugar de hermosas vistas y entorno apacible, ideal para descansar. Está bien comunicado con autobús público con Florecia. Hay restaurantes próximos. Las habitaciones son amplias y austeras, por ejemplo no hay televisión ni minibar, aunque a nosotros eso no nos importa mucho. No tienen cunas disponibles. El desayuno fue aceptable. Nuestra única pega es que los colchones no eran cómodos.

La struttara è situata in un posta bellissimo, ho trovato persone molto cordiali, ma per il resto sono rimasta un pò delusa. La camera me lo aspettavo un pò più moderna e invece lasciava molto a desiderare....il bagno era molto minimale, sporco con il lavandino tappato e la la porta della doccia rotta. La camera molto rumorosa....entrava addirittura la luce del corridoio da sotto alla porta e dal buco della serratura. Avevo prenotato una camera con vista sulle città e invece la vista davo su un giardino interno.(anche se mon era male) posso sicuramente dire che lì non ci tornerei a soggiornare, perché la struttura è bella solo vista da fuori....dentro è rimasta ancora un monastero. Io lo sconsiglietei.

Υπεροχη τοποθεσία λιγο εξω απο τη Φλωρεντία. Εξυπηρετεί οσους έχουν αμάξι. Πολύ φιλικό κ εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό. Μη περιμένετε πολυτέλειες, μοναστηριακου τύπου με παλιά έπιπλα, σου δίνει την αισθηση αλλης εποχής.

Ruhige Lage im Vorort von Florenz

Die Villa Morghen liegt in einer sehr kleinen Gasse in einem Vortort von Florenz. Bis zur Piazza, von wo aus die Busse nach Florenz fahren (~15min) sind es zu Fuss einen kurzen Anstieg hoch ca. 5 min. Ungünstig: der letzte Bus fährt schon um 22 Uhr, Taxi ist die einzige Alternative später heim zu kommen (~20€). Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf Florenz ist sehr gross und sauber, dabei einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einziges Manko am Zimmer: die Dusche ist sehr klein und eng! Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut und umfangreich. Für unsere nächste Reise nach Florenz würden wir aufgrund von Zimmer und Personal hier wieder buchen, einizig das Problem mit den nachts nicht mehr verkehrenden Bussen würde für ein anderes, zenraler gelegenes Hotel sprechen.

Fantastisk sted

Beliggende i høyden trukket tilbake fra byen gir Villa Morghen mulighet for fred og ro, samtidig er Firenze bare en busstur unna. Stedet er et nedlagt kloster og er rikt på historie. Personalet er utrolig vennlige og hjelpsomme. Atmosfæren, historien, beliggenheten og vennligheten til personalet gjør stedet unikt. På min reise videre i Toscana savnet jeg stedet sterkt og hadde lenge et ønske om å dra tilbake.

Great location to visit Florence but must have a car. Ideal for families. Breakfast was very good.Rooms clean and staff friendly and helpful. We were even given a tour of the monastery. Parking was not a problem and place was very peaceful.

Mas que un hotel parece un escenario para rodar películas de miedo. Nos lo tomamos con buen humor, aunque el olor del servicio, la oscuridad y otros aspectos, todos malos, hacen de este hospedaje el peor de todos los que recuerdo.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione magnifica, con vista su Firenze, si respira un clima di pace e tranquillità. Staff molto gentile e simpatico. Peccato per gli arredi un po' datati, il televisore a tubo catodico e la colazione un po' scarsetta.
