Velluti Apartment - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

An apartment in a central location, close to Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Thanks to its strategic position, it provides convenient access to all major tourist attractions. Situated on the third and top floor of a traditional Florentine building without an elevator, the property comprises a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a dining table and kitchenette. Please note that access to the apartment requires climbing several flights of stairs; therefore, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for young children.





Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.

A week in Florence

There was a slight mixup about when to meet at the property and check in, but otherwise everything was fine. I don’t remember reading about the 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment. Clean, well equipped, convenient to the Ponte Vecchio and the rest of Florence. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.
