Apartment worked wonderfully for our family of four. The location was perfect. Great neighborhood and also within walking distance of two bridges to cross the river.
We enjoyed our stay in Florence. The apartment was centrally located and easily accessible. It was spacious with three bedrooms. The washer was an extra bonus we used.
The property was great! Loved the location and the size of the apartment. We didn't have the hot water working but weren't there long enough to speak with the host or it be a problem. We would stay here again!
The apartment was very clean and the location could not be any better. There is evrrything you need right downstairs and a quick walk over the bridge to the main city center.
Communication with the host was great as well. Would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit Florence again.
The apartment was comfortable. Very nice kitchen area. The sleeping areas were comfortable. There were enough bathrooms, enough hot water to keep us comfortable. Thank you.
Perfect, clean, simple flat in the heart of Oltrarno
Piazza della Passera might possibly be the coolest place in the world.
This spacious simple flat is steps from the Piazza, and a block or two away from the Ponte Vecchio, Piti Palace - just the very heart of the Oltrarno neighborhood in Florence.
A lot of space - several bathrooms - a full and generous kitchen.
Bring the kids or a small group and this spot is perfect.
Location, location, location. This apt. is a 5 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. There are restaurants just outside the door with gelato right next door. The apt. is large with a nice kitchen. Be aware there is no elevator and it is 21 steps up. The air conditioner worked well and was appreciated.
This is the second time i stayed at this property. Updates have been made which are good but we had a problem with the power on the first night. Apparently, there had been a wiring error when the update was made and a light switch blew the power out of the back half of the apartment which couldn't be fixed until the next afternoon. An electrician had to be dispatched to replace parts. I must say communication with the assistants was always prompt and pleasant though. Everyone that responded was very nice. Aside from that issue, our stay was very enjoyable. The location can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was fantastic and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment.
Some observations
- chefs kitchen but no supplies. No coffee was supplies. Had to buy salt, pepper, olive oil and coffee for basic cooking
- wifi was strong through the apartment
- apartment was on the first level - no elevator
- check in was smooth but seemed like the check in person couldn’t wait to leave.
- 2.5 baths was great.
- one person in our group suffered from insect bites on their bed. No others were impacted.
- Magazzino restaurant and gelateria downstairs were amazing.
- communication via WhatsApp was seamless.

Gorgeous location but poor service
The location is amazing. The appt had several issues. 1) No hot water. Emailed the host no response for 2 days then gave us their Maitenance company to phone. 2) sofa covers were stained and ripped. One looked like a child had peed on it.3) absolutely no condiments in kitchen. Or even towels. 4) open electrical cord hanging in bathroom. This place would be fantastic with just a bit of work.
This location is perfect for a family stay! The apartment was as described- AC worked well, plenty of towels, and we found it clean upon arrival. Check in was easy communicating through WhatsApp for details. We were met in person with keys and given a quick overview of the apartment.
We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The bathrooms are small, but we had no issues. Loved the ample seating in the living space! The wifi worked well, though we were never able to figure out the tv.
As for the area, its perfect! 5 min to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. The gelatria downstairs was yummy and we enjoyed the nearby wine bars/stores. If you have a chance, check out 4 Leoni for dinner! Amazing meal in a family environment. We walked everywhere and felt completely safe with 2 kids.
Overall, a great stay in a city we can't wait to return to again.
We love Florence (Firenze). The food was amazing as was the walk in town. I would not stay at this apartment again. The check-in was good. However, I had to park on the street/sidewalk 1 block away with luggage for my family of five. While checking in, the rental car was sideswiped causing noticeable damage. I was told to park in the parking garage which was full. So the manager texted me the coordinates for another garage. The apartment is older and the electricity went out due to circuit overload. (I checked the neighbors apartments who all had lights.). We unplugged some things which helped. I will say that the location to every museum, restaurant, and site was nice.
Check in process was easy. We sent a text to let them know what time and someone was there waiting when we arrived. Overall, the layout was good. A small bathroom was added to one of the bedrooms. I would not count that as a bathroom. The added bathroom had a sewer smell out of the toilet. We kept the door shut the entire time. The pull-out couch was not really a bed more like a piece of foam. We ended up sleeping on an air mattress. The apartment was not filthy, but it could definitely have been cleaned better. Was also in need of some updates. The price was very reasonable. I feel that we paid for what we got. If you are looking to save a few bucks this is a good choice. There is a sandwich shop right next to the building that was perfect for a quick stop.
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence. It was conveniently located in the Santo Spirito neighborhood with many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. It was an easy walk to many of the desirable spots in Florence (Ponte Vecchio, Duomo)!

The property is very good location but the apartment need more updating
The apartment has a great layout and wonderful lighting. Location is great. One of the best gelato places can be seen out the dining window and the kids went there many times. Thanks for all.

The apartment had an odor that is best described as wet clay. The back bedroom had a urine smell. We contacted the owner and once we mentioned the urine smell we heard nothing back. The small front bedroom has no heat or air conditioning. The sofa bed leaves a lot to be desired. We rented two apartments for our group and we felt like we got the short stick.
