Our residence is located in the Santa Maria Novella area, home to the splendid Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the Santa Maria Novella Pharmacy, the Novecento Museum, and other attractions. The area is renowned for its restaurants and is also the city’s main transport hub, featuring the Santa Maria Novella central train station, the bus station, and the tram station, which directly connects city centre Florence to the airport. The apartments are a 5-minute walk from the Arno River and the Duomo, and a 10-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. The apartment is 200 metres from the central train station, the bus station, and the tram station, which connects the city to the airport. Our Tosca apartment is available for small groups of 2 or more people. If there are 2 of you and one of you wishes to sleep on the sofa bed, that is possible, but we will charge an additional €15 cleaning fee. This fee must be paid upon your arrival. If you would like the sofa bed set up, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. Without this notice, this service is not guaranteed and may be provided the day after your arrival.
