SANTA CROCE GARDEN APARTMENT, 2 BEDROOMS, PATIO, FREE WI-FI

The Santa Croce Garden Apartment features free WiFi, air conditioning and heating. It can accommodate 6 people, located in the Santa Croce district, practically adjacent to the Basilica of Santa Croce. The entrance to the Santa Croce Garden is on the ground floor for easy access for people who have difficulty walking or carrying large bags. The Santa Croce Garden Apartment has 2 bedrooms with new beds and mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a pleasant garden.
Check-in can be done anytime after 15:00. We always meet our guests to deliver the keys. In case of late check-in there is no additional cost. the keys of the house will be left in a safe deposit box outside the house.

CAUTION !!! I remind you that the apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), you cannot get in the car and stand in front of the apartment without a permit. At each entrance there is a camera with a traffic light indicating whether it is possible to enter or not. You can park your car nearby in a paid garage that will eliminate any infringements due to the passage through the telematic ports of the Old City. The cost of parking varies from 25 euros for 24 hours for small or medium cars up to 45 euros for 24 hours for 6/8 places. If you need a place to leave your luggage and continue the city tour before getting back on the train, don't ask-ask, and I'll explain where to leave your luggage.

The location of the apartment was great. We easily walked to all the main loacations. Everything was within a 15-20 min walk. Alina was very helpful with any questions and super responsive. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location in Florence

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We travelled with our 16, 13 and 8 year old and had plenty of space. The private backyard was a bonus to relax in outside after sightseeing all day. Our host, Alina, was exceptional. A wonderful communicator and allowed us to check in a little bit early. She left snacks and water which were so appreciated after traveling so long. The location cannot be beat as it is close to everything yet tucked away. We would love to come back and stay here again next time we are back in Florence.

Perfect clean nice space on quiet street with easy access to all the sights. Was only 2 of us, me and adult son, but 2 couples would be very comfortable. Large beds for each of us, with comfortable bedding. Nice large bathroom, kitchen and bonus garden space. And Alina was an excellent host going over and above to be accommodating and gracious. This was a nice apartment in a residential area. The location was very convenient and we could walk to most places. It is a small apartment and the courtyard which was the reason I rented it, for my granddaughter, was a bit unkempt.

Fantastic hosts and great location

This location was wonderful its near everything in walking distance. Several restaurants and café around the corner. Easy access to taxis, the stand was super close. There is even a city tour bus (hope off/on) around the corner. The courtyard was great. And it was super well stocked! We loved tbe snacks. Also I cannot say enough about the host they were super responsive. This is the first VRBO that I booked internationally so I was a bit nervous. The host was so great and helpful it took my fears away. From letting us store our luggage, checking in early, and offering to get us a taxi. Book this location if you want a great stay in a wonderful city

When you choose an apartment over hotel you want to feel like a local and at home. Alina was a true host! She left a welcome package and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything that was needed and it’s in a great location. The place was clean & comfortable. The only thing missing maybe was a couch or comfy chairs for the rainy days stuck inside. One part of the patio belong to neighbours didn’t realize it was shared. If we ever get back would stay again!!

Our stay at this beautiful Santa Croce flat in Florence was absolutely perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment is in an incredible location—just steps away from major landmarks like the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and of course, the charming Santa Croce square. We walked everywhere with ease and soaked in the rich history and vibrant culture of Florence right from our doorstep.The flat itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioning was a dream after long days of sightseeing in the summer heat, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable—some of the best we’ve slept on during our travels.But the real gem?
