The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished in a modern way while maintaining some typical details of the Florentine houses such as terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams. Very welcoming and quiet, San Niccolò Loft can accommodate up to 4 people so it is perfect for a couple or a family visiting the city.

Good location and space

The location and the apartment were really nice and convenient. Only issue with the apartment was the AC is not working and were hot afternoons, but a part of that all good.

Strategic location in very clean and practical place

We stayed comfortably (spouses and two kids) at this small but very practical apartment in a very convenient and central location in Florence. Walking distance to most sites and restaurants and nice working AC to survive the summer heat. Only downside is the walk up with no elevator if you have many luggages as we did. Still a good deal and highly recommended.

Reasonable place

We left it late to book a place. This one is far from the train station. You need to state in advance that you need to use more than one bed and need to pay extra for the sheets. The toilet worked intermittently. There were mosquitos (no window screens). The hot water was spotty.

Loft San Nicolo

Crazy good location,clean,good communication with renters. Did not get towels/linen changed(stayed two weeks),was offered a “maybe but it will be an xtra cost”.Well we lived….Other than that we will recommend the place.
