San Cristofano Apartment

Apartment in a central location, just a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce.Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, close to main services, restaurants, and typical shops; the city's main attractions can be easily reached on foot.The apartment is on the third floor of a building without a lift and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living room with a dining table, a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Good space

This property has a good amount of space and we liked the main living/kitchen area as well as the bedrooms. The A/C was very good and much needed during our visit. The bathroom needs fixing/updating. Also, the 3 flights of stairs are steep and narrow - hard to navigate with larger luggage or for those with mobility issues as is mentioned in the listing. The check-in was fine and the management company communicated well before and during our visit.
