This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor condo is perfectly located within walking distance of historic Old Town Florence where you will find dining, shopping, and cultural events happening year 'round.

Let yourself into The Tide That Binds and immediately see the river flowing by, the view is incredible! Relax in the living area and watch the river or a favorite movie in the evening on the large flat screen television. The kitchen has the same views and is a cooks delight in offering up everything you need to make your favorites or to bring something home from an Old Town restaurant. On one side of the living room is the primary bedroom with a comfy queen bed. There is a sliding door out to the patio from this bedroom or just be lazy and enjoy the view from bed! A large ensuite bath with a soaking tub and a walk in shower is perfect for added privacy. On the other side of the living room is another bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom also has a view of the river! A bath that opens to the bedroom and to the hallway is attached. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer for your convenience. The patio is an extension of the living room where you can sit and watch the activity on the river, enjoy your favorite beverage or relax and read a good book.

With wind-swept coastal sand dunes and the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area this is perfect for those dune enthusiasts with ATV's or for someone who wants to try sandboarding, Florence is also a prime spot for fishing, crabbing, clamming, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and golf. The Central Oregon Coast has so much to offer in addition to the little town of Florence so stay here and make this the perfect jumping off spot for your next getaway!

Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center.
