Pegaso Apartment - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 3

The apartment, located on the third floor of a modern building with lift, is equipped with Wifi connection and air conditioning, and can accommodate up to three people. It consists of a living area with open kitchen, single bedroom, double bedroom (with single beds option), small balcony, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Strategic location, a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella train station and a five-minute walk from the Duomo and the San Lorenzo market. Ideal location also for those who need to reach the exhibition area of the Fortezza da Basso.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
