Hello! My name is Nik Doda and I am the Italian-American owner of this luxury apartment which is located in one of the most prestigious areas of the city, steps from the Opera di Firenze and around the corner from the Arno river. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a deluxe building served by 2 elevators. This location is the most desirable, as it is within easy walking distance to the city center as well as convenient public transportation. Pay parking is available nearby.

Bright and airy with large French windows, this deluxe apartment has been fully renovated recently with every modern amenity. The luxury apartment has wood floors throughout and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 ENSUITE bathrooms with rain showers. Each bedroom has one American Queen size bed suitable for 2 people. One bedroom opens out to a large balcony facing a quiet inner courtyard, and the other bedroom has a large window with a view. The balcony is also accessible from the open plan kitchen with a dining table for 4, a living room with a sofa and HD TV. Ideal for two couples for a short or medium term rental. This elegant & quiet apartment that faces an inner courtyard, is the perfect choice for a wonderful experience in Florence.

In this apartment you will find a clothes washer & dryer, hairdryer, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, espresso coffee maker and gas cooker and all necessary kitchenware. Linens and towels are provided. Please treat everything as if it were in your own home and clean up after yourself.

Air conditioning & Heating is at your disposal. When you are not in the apartment, please turn off all the lights, heating and air conditioning.
Easily accessible by car paid parking is also available close to the apartment.

Cleaning is included for each rental up to 7 nights. If you are going to stay longer than 7 nights then there will be a 65 Euro charge in cash, payable upon arrival, for every extra 7 nights stay or part thereof. This fee includes cleaning and change of linens and towels.

I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay

Beautifully remodeled apartment with modern amenities. We liked that it was not in an area crowded with tourists but was easy to get to the places we wanted to see via tram and bus services that are literally steps away from the building entrance. Many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Nik was great host.

Wonderful Apartment ;)

Great Stay! Nik was there to meet us and give us a tour of the apartment. It's an updated apartment with lovely amenities. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are fabulous. Having a washer and dryer was one of the draws for us and so appreciated. I had a little mishap, and Nik happened to be on-site and provided thoughtful recommendations. I highly recommend this property :)

Spacious, Clean and Perfect stay in Florence!

Property was very spacious with several amenities. Just outside the main tourist area but only 15-20min walk to get just about everywhere. Close to the metro and bus station. Modern look with two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Excellent dining options within a two minute walk. Nik was very welcoming!

Right by a tram station and a bus stop, location made getting around Florence a breeze. After the first night, trams didn’t bother my sleep at all. So much room made the 5 night stay very comfortable! Everything we needed was available, and Nik made the check in check out process very easy.

3adults for 3 nights in Florence. Great location across from bus stop. We were able to walk to attractions and walk away from the crowds to the apartment. Washing and drying our clothes was handy and 2 full bathrooms was appreciated. Air conditioning worked great and beds were decent. We would recommend this place to stay.

The host, Nik, is great! The apartment is very nice, quiet, secure with nice neighbors and located across from the tram stop. A grocery store is a block away and Nik knows all the best local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Fantastic in Florence

Nik was an absolutely incredible host! The property was perfect, clean, welcoming and VERY conveniently located next to the light-rail and bus stops. This is out of the busy center of town and perfect for a nice and enjoyable stay, with a quick bus ride to anywhere you'd like to be in the city.

Florence vacation

We had a great vacation and a very comfortable stay at this property. Nik is a very pleasant, attention to detail person and a outstanding host. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Florence considering staying at his place. The property is close to the railway station and has several amenities close by. The neighborhood is average albeit safe but it does take 20-30 mins walk to most places of interest.

Perfect in every aspect

The property was outstanding. Perfect location, clean and had all the amenities to make our week long stay comfortable. Stores, restaurants and public transportation all nearby. Nik was very responsive which gave us additional piece of mind. About a 15-20 minute walk to historical sites, depending on our pace. All around perfect!!
