The apartment, 120 sq meters (1300 sq feet), has 2 beautiful and bright bedrooms separated by a living room and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen with a dining room has a nice balcony.
The apartment is extremely quiet and has been renovated in December 2016 to ensure your stay is is even more pleasant.

The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift (that is quite unusual for the city center buildings).

Great florence location

Asso's place was in walking distance to everything ! Near restaurants and great shops. Raffaella was a wonderful host and helped us have a smooth move in and was very responsive to all our questions. The elevator is a plus ! Would highly recommend this property.

Superb apartment in very central location

The apartment is spacious, very clean and well maintained and at least as impressive as the photos depict.Hosts were extremely helpful before, during and at the end of our stay with information, recommendations and help with reservations/tacis. Not the cheapest accom in Florence but really good value. Would definitely return.

An incredible stay!

This property was just perfect. Spacious, clean, in the perfect location. We loved having this as our homebase as we explored Florence. Rafaella was super accessible, and helpful. The views from the apartment were incredible. It was so helpful have laundry. We hope to return!

The Best View in Florence!

My husband and I just completed our dream vacation to Italy. Rafaella and Pietro were the perfect, welcoming hosts offering a wonderful apartment with a stunning view of the Duomo in the center of Florence. The check in and check out process was a breeze and we appreciated the helpful tips that our hosts provided for things to see and places to visit. We also appreciated the bottle of wine! The apartment was neat, clean, and close to everything. We loved it! It was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home in Florence.

Great apartment in a great location!

Piero and Rafaela are the best hosts. The apartment has extremely comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. The terrace is small but lovely. I would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Raffaella was very helpful and responsive both at check-in and check-out. The apartment was centrally located, large and comfortable, and well stocked with all the basics. I particularly enjoyed having my morning coffee with a view of the Duomo from our window.

Best Apartment in the Historical District!

We stayed a week in this lovely, comfortable apartment and loved it. The location can’t be beat and while it is on a busy street, the apartment is quiet with no street noise. Morning coffee and evening glass of wine with a view of the Duomo is the perfect way to start and end your day in Florence. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Raffaella was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue with consistent hot water in the second bathroom and Raffaella was immediately responsive to the issue. We would love to stay in this apartment again when we return to Florence.

Fabulous apartment with a fabulous location

We were right in the heart of everything and the apartment was very well appointed—we actually had paper towels and fresh flowers, olive oil and other thoughtful supplies. In addition, the apartment was quiet especially considering that Florence was packed. We would stay here again and again.

We absolutely fell in love with this apartment. It was very large compared to most European apartments we've rented. It had fantastic views of the Duomo, and it was decorated beautifully. The host was fantastic too. We will definitely rent it again next time we are in Florence!

Fabulous in every way

We totally enjoyed our stay at this terrific location in the city. Our experience began with a wonderful welcome from Raffaella. She was so helpful in an orientation to the facilities and city. And she was there to see us off at the conclusion of our stay. Everything we wanted to do in Florence was within walking distance of this wonderful house. The most epic view all day long

If you love a view this is the property for you! The Duomo was epic 24 hours a day during our stay! Great hosts. Nice clean property with ample space. Nice kitchen. Nice bathroom. AC works. The location is in the heart of Florence! Thank you!!!!
