Leone - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

Lovely one-bedroom apartment in the heart of the characteristic San Frediano district. Located on the first floor (10 steps), it is very quiet, and the neighborhood is well served with shops and artisan workshops. It is close to the Santo Spirito area, which is known today for its many restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife, making it ideal for both residents and tourists.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts and features a small kitchenette , a spacious living area with a sofa bed , a double bedroom , and a bathroom with shower .


Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

The place was clean, location was good being away from the touristy areas. it was quiet and acce3ssibleto everything. However the TV would only play in Italian and I think that is a disadvantage. There should be some access in English.
