The apartment is on the second floor of a historic Florentine building without a lift. The central location is ideal for visiting the city on foot. It is located just 350 meters from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, the famous Ponte Vecchio and the prestigious Piazza Santa Croce with its Basilica.
Because of its structure and its usable interior spaces it is particularly suitable for trips with family or friends. Comfortable and air-conditioned rooms.
The apartment is very large and spacious. There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A very bright and large living area that leads to a 40 square meter terrace where you can enjoy precious moments of relaxation in the historic center. The apartment is also equipped with all comforts: air conditioning and fiber optic wifi in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher.

In the immediate vicinity there is also a supermarket, pharmacy, bus stops to move in the hilly areas like Fiesole.

Perfetto! Umbrian countryside retreat

My family had a fantastic experience retreating at this country home near Todi. Our host, Rosa, made our stay absolutely exceptional in every way! It is a very beautiful property and a comfortable home with all the necessary amenities. It is also in a great location for families and we especially appreciated it's proximity to the regional historic villages and coming home each evening and relaxing by the pool. Thank you, Rosa, for your above and beyond hospitality and great attention to all the details. We hope to stay again soon!

Wonderful Trip

The process working with the property manager was seamless. The apartment is in a perfect location. The unit has a wonderful charm to it and we enjoyed the private patio.

We had a great stay at the apartment, which is in a wonderful location. It is clean and spacious. There is a wonderful outdoor porch we would’ve enjoyed had the weather been warmer.

Central location in Florence

We loved our stay! The location can’t be beat for walking to all of the sites, shops and food. Plenty of room for our party of 5. It is a lot of stairs (52), but but we knew that prior and it is worth it for the location. We especially loved the private terrace.

Fantastic Location

We truly enjoyed our four days in Florence, staying in this well located apartment. Elisa was very helpful with our check-in and check-out. She helped us get a taxi booked for our departure, since there was a slight language problem getting it done ourselves. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Stay in Florence!

We had a wonderful time at apartment La Terrazza. The place is so lovely. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the terrace. Our hosts greeted us and shared all of the details to make our stay enjoyable. Any questions were answered very quickly. The location is excellent. Close to great restaurants and attractions. Works stay here again!

Lovely apartment close to everything

We enjoyed our stay in Lorenzo and Elisa’s apartment. It was large, clean and close to all the sights. Lorenzo was very responsive and we enjoyed his welcome gifts of candy and snacks! The stairs were brutal after a long day of walking, but they were as advertised. We definitely got our steps in! Highly recommend!

Posto Perfetto!!!

Our stay was wonderful despite the scorching August heat. Communication with El was prompt. Lorenzo let us drop off our luggage early to accommodate our schedule. The location is perfect for getting to all popular destinations. More than enough room for four adults to spread out. Air conditioning was fantastic in every room. We will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Best stay in Florence

Have traveled to Europe many times and this stay was gorgeous. Great location. So clean!!!!! Lovely patio area. Host met us personally on site and showed us the amenities. Two nice bedrooms to function as “master rooms”, a small upstairs loft where our daughter stayed, pull out sofa worked well too. Shared bathrooms are helpful for a group. Would put this at the top of the list for sure!

Wonderful home for walking in Florence

This home is very close all of my he sites from the Accademia and Duomo to the Uffizi and Pitti Palace. The home is a few doors down from All’ Antico Vinaio sandwich shop Gelateria Dei Neri. You have numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Our favorite restaurant La Buchette is highly recommend. Be sure you are in good shape to climb stairs as their are several flights. Lovely home.

3 Wonderful Days in Florence

La Terrazza exceeded all of our expectations. The apartment is very large and extremely comfortable. The outdoor patio was a huge bonus for us... even with light rain we sat under the awning... sipping coffee or cocktails. The location is perfect... with shops and restaurants right out the front door. As we expected, with this convenient location come night noise. We simply used ear plugs. We highly recommend this apartment to others!

Perfect Location

This was our first time to Firenze and we lucked out with this location. This apartment is perfect for a family or friends traveling together. Very quiet inside and on the beautiful terrace. The terrace truly was our favorite spot. One day on our trip there was light rain, and sitting on the covered terrace with a panino, antipasto and wine was a dream. There is no elevator but we didn't mind the stairs just something to consider. We will be back.

Fantastic Location!

The apartment was exactly as advertised! We were able to walk to everything. There were restaurants, bars and shopping within steps of the apartment. We were a party of 5 and had plenty of space but the third bedroom with the twin bed is more of a small loft with a low ceiling. It was ok, just very small. We totally enjoyed the patio in the afternoon to take a break and then in the evening after our days of exploring. Elisa was there to meet us and gave a quick tour of the apartment. There are 52 steps to get up to the apartment but they were totally manageable! We would definitely stay again.

This is a perfect accommodation from which to explore Florence

The location of this apartment could not have been better. It is a matter of a few minute walk to many of the great attractions of Florence – Uffizi and Accademia museums, Ponta Vechio, Piazza della Signoria and Piazza di Santa Croce. Lorenzo was very easy to communicate with and met us at the apartment when we arrived to explain the details of the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and large enough for us. Be prepared to walk up about 50 steps as there is no lift but that is a minor inconvenience considering the quality and location of the apartment.

Lovely apartment

Lovely spacious apartment on a small but extremely busy street just past the Uffizi. We were a group of six family members, three adults and three children, and we stayed here quite comfortably; we could have easily accommodated one more. We took breakfast on the private patio, making coffee and eggs in the well appointed kitchen. We used the laundry machine and hung to dry. The location was fantastic. If you are sensitive to noise at night the front bedroom is a little loud from the street noise.

First time in Florence

This apartment was clean, well equipped and is in a fantastic location. Lorenzo was a wonderful host. Met us at the door and even helped us with our luggage. Our party included myself, my husband my two daughters and my Mother. Plenty of room, beds and space. Beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets and towels. My mom is 89 almost 90 and was able to navigate the stairs but she is in amazing health and is fit. Stairs maybe an issue for some. I would 100% stay in this apartment again if I am lucky enough to return to Italy.

Incredible Place- In the heart of Florence!

This was an exceptional property. The host family goes back to the 15th century with their family tree on the wall in the entry. It’s spacious, clean and the best part was the outdoor terrace! You could not find a more centrally located apartment (it’s literally across from All'Antico Vinaio, the most famous sandwich shop in Florence which has lines that go down the block at all hours.) Being in the heart of downtown Florence means that it is loud until late into the night. Fortunately, I read a former visitor’s review which said to bring earplugs if you are sleeping in the master bedroom. That was incredibly valuable advice and a small price to pay for an incredible place!
