The very bright apartment is located in the heart of the city of Florence, inside the ZTL, a few steps from the Duomo and the main museums (Accademia, Uffizi, San Marco Museum, Archaeological Museum). The furniture is studied in detail and comfortable. The apartment has a fairly spacious outdoor area with table and chairs under a delightful pergola. The house is equipped with every comfort: Single heating and air conditioning; its position allows to easily and quickly reach every area of the city and also in the suburbs (Piazzale Michelangelo, Fiesole); in fact the main bus lines have a stop right near the apartment.

Apartment is in a great location and our host Elisabetta was very helpful. Very roomy and we enjoyed the patio and decor and it was very clean. Beds are comfortable and was thankful for the 3 air conditioning units. All in all, this was a perfect place for our stay in Florence!

Great apartment in a nice area with restaurants and shops nearby as well as good public transportation. The only downside was the extremely low water pressure in the showers.

Bathrooms need a little updating but overall everything was great . Coffee shop on the corner was great for a quick breakfast!!! Great location and the recommendations of the restaurant downstairs was awesome!!! Tried the deep fried lasagna and it was delicious!!

We loved this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. We were 2 couples staying for a 2 day visit to Florence. The apartment is in a fantastic location with restaurants right below and beside. The tram stops right in front, but we easily walked to all the sights of Florence from the apartment. The area was safe and relatively quiet. The apartment is clean, very large, with very comfortable beds, a great kitchen,(we didnt use it) and wonderful sitting area. There's a patio and outside garden as well. Our host was very friendly, communicative and easy to reach via WhatsApp. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Loved this property during one time in Florence. It was very clean, beds with comfortable with nice linens. It’s a great location, we loved the cafe right downstairs. The construction could be an issue if someone needed a daytime nap but we were on the go, so no issue for us.
