Gorgeous Suite in Front of the Ponte Vecchio

The apartment is 30 meters far Ponte Vecchio. it is on the 5th mezzanine floor of a seventeenth century building (with an elevator), in Lungarno Archibusieri at the corner between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, in front of the roof of the Corridoio Vasariano. It is full of natural light and has spectacular views of the Arno river.
It is elegantly furnished with antiques and designer furniture.
The interior is 48 square meters (520 square feet), and was entirely renovated in 2008. It is composed of a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed(160x200) and wardrobe and a modern bathroom.
Although ideal for two people, the apartment can fit up to a maximum of four with its sofa bed (140x200) in the living room.
In the apartment : Satellite Television, Wireless connection, Air conditioning, Individual heating, Safe, Bed and bath linens, Washing machine, Ironing equipment, Hair dryer, Fully equipped kitchen utensils. Video intercom to street level.
In the kitchen: All equipment needed for cooking and setting the table, Oven and gas stove, dishwasher, Toaster, Tea kettle, microwave oven
Weekly cleaning and change of linens is included.
On request, extra cleaning service and extra change of linens.
Minimum stay of 3 days.

The apartment is in the heart of Florence facing the Arno river, on Lungarno Archibusieri at the corner with the Ponte Vecchio. The following points of interest can be reached by foot: 1 minute walking to the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio, in Piazza Signoria. 5 minutes walking to Via Tornabuoni, the most elegant shopping street in Florence. Crossing the Ponte Vecchio to the other side of the Arno you reach Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Garden in 5 minutes. The apartment is 15 minutes by foot to the main station, Santa Maria Novella, where you can take buses going in all directions of the city. Metered parking is available 100 meters from the apartment. A public garage (payment follwing the stay) is on the other side of the river.

Magical Firenze

This magical apartment is in the thick of things right next to the Ponte Vecchio. In fact you can see the bridge from the window! Our host was lovely and gave us lots of recommendations of places to see and eat. We had an excellent stay and would recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect apartment. The location was so convenient to walk to restaurants, shopping and museums. The view of the river & Ponte Vecchio was beautiful. Marusca was very helpful with booking and Lucia was great checking us in and providing help with everything.

Perfect location in Firenze

It was awesome! 5th floor with a lift. Perfect location to watch New Years fireworks. Marusca was excellent host. The apartment was just as advertised. We recommend highly!

Ponte Vegghio dream apartment

The apartment was centrally located, very well equipped, and with the fantastic view of the bridge and the Arno River it was priceless. The windows kept out the noise of the street and the air conditioner also helped. An additional bonus was the washing machine. I loved our accomodation.

Soggiorno Bellissimo

Siamo arrivati a Firenze in macchina, ed abbiamo parcheggiato (prenotandolo in anticipo) al Garage Centrale che si trova a 500 metri dalla struttura. L'abbiamo raggiunta con una piccola passeggiata per il Lungarno. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in una appartamento al quinto piano, ma raggiunta dall'ascensore. Appartamento spazioso e pulitissimo dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Nel caso è presente anche la cucina, comodissima visto che siamo una famiglia. Dalla finestra del soggiorno c'è una vista splendida del Ponte Vecchio che si trova a 100 mt dal portone d'ingresso e a due passi da tutte le attrazioni. Perfetto per chi vuole dormire nel centro di Firenze e muoversi a piedi. La propietaria è sempre disponibili a risolvere ogni esigenza del cliente. Consigliatissimo.

Great little flat in a wonderful location

I stayed nearly 3 weeks, and it was very convenient. If you are really tall (at least 6ft), the ceilings are low - which could make you feel uncomfortable. But the view out the windows is just lovely. If you are very sensitive to street noise, late one night an ambulance went by and woke me up. Within a few blocks you have several really good gelato places & a very nice Conad market. There are also some very nice restaurants nearby. Great location - the Uffizzi is practically next door - and the owners are lovely. Very pleasant stay.
