La ubicación es excelente! La anfitriona es una genia y la habitación estaba en súper buen estado y limpio todo el hotel siempre! Súper recomendable.

The room was big enough for 5 people. There were other rooms. we had to share the bathrooms and the kitchen. They clean it every day but the was some bug and my kids were beaten all over one day when they change the sheets. Other than that the place was very ok. Was very well located. walking distance from all major tourist attractions.

Adresse déconseillée

Hotel vieillot , équipements sanitaires en très mauvais état. Le ménage est réduit au strict minimum. Pas de sèche serviettes qui ne sont pas changées pendant tout le séjour et n'ont pas le temps de sécher pendant la nuit. Aucune insonorisation intérieure, on entend le moindre bruit dans le couloir ou les chambres voisines.

Me gustó: Está cerca del centro, limpio, el personal es agradable y tiene servicio de desayuno. En relación calidad/precio está muy bien. No me gustó: La entrada al apartamento está abierta casi todo el día, y no hay ascensor.

Per il prezzo pagato pensavo che il bnb fosse un po’ meglio. Premetto che sono andata nel weekend del Firenze rock e il giorno prima della prima partita del calcio storico, ma per la cifra pagata mi aspettavo una stanza un po’ più curata. La pulizia era buona ma la stanza per niente rifinita, con un muretto in mezzo, tra bagno e letti. Porta traballante e poco insonorizzante, bagno vecchio e impossibilità di buttare la carta igienica nel wc. Aria condizionata ben funzionante e nessun problem col check in. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Colazione molto essenziale, pane, marmellate mediocri, nutella, brioches confezionate, fette biscottate, un , tutto in una stanza molto piccola e con mille tavoli. Ci vuole spirito di adattamento.

Bueno y barato.

Todo bien. Falta la B de bonito pero se compensa con la limpieza. El desayuno es a unos metros del B&B estilo italiano y abundante aunque sin mucha variedad. Está a un paso de todo caminando y el personal amable

Pleasant week in Florence

The young woman who helped with check-in and breakfast was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast included your coffee made to order and not from an auto machine, as so many other establishments use. Access to refrigerator and microwave was very helpful. No elevator (bad for me because I was using crutches) but there was a unique pulley system used to get luggage to upper floor rooms. Quiet. Good air conditioner.

Buena relación precio/calidad

Reservé una habitación para 2 y nos dieron una habitación con 3 camas (una matrimonial) la que no tuvo servicio de limpieza durante nuestra estadía. A pesar de ser baño compartido nunca estuvo ocupado, lo que fue bueno. El desayuno era en otro hotel a unos 20 metros caminando. La ubicación es muy buena. Buena relación precio/calidad.

Πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία. Δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε το ξενοδοχείο επειδή δεν δίνουν αριθμό, μόνο διεύθυνση. Ζήτησαν περισσότερα χρήματα ως δήθεν φόρους (ενώ ήδη είχαν κάνει ανάληψη από την κάρτα) και όταν αρνηθήκαμε μας είπαν να φύγουμε γιατί δεν έχουν δωμάτιο (ενώ ήδη το δωμάτιο είχε πληρωθεί). Το κτίριο είναι παλιό, δεν έχει ασανσέρ. Το πρωινό σερβίρετε σε άλλο χώρο έξω από το ξενοδοχείο που στην πραγματικότητα δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο. Δεν έχει ρεσεψιόν, αν συμβεί κάτι δεν μπορείς να επικοινωνήσεις με κανένα. Το δωμάτιο στην αρχή μύριζε έντονα απορρυπαντικό και όσο περνούσαν οι ώρες μύριζε απαίσια από την τουαλέτα. Στην τουαλέτα δεν μπορείς να μείνεις πάνω από 5 λεπτά λόγω της άσχημης μυρωδιάς. Ήταν σε σχετικά καλό σημείο, αλλά στην ίδια τοποθεσία υπάρχουν αμέτρητα ξενοδοχεία. Ακόμη και το wifi που είχε καλό σήμα γενικά, κάποια στιγμή που χρειαστήκαμε επειγόντως κόπηκε για ώρα και έπρεπε να ειδοποιήσουμε για να το φτιάξουν. Συνολικά απογοητευτική εμπειρία.
