Ginori 29 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

The apartment, once part of the former Sant’Orsola complex, right in the heart of the city, inside a typical Florentine building. Its strategic position allows you to easily reach all the main attractions on foot.The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator; access is via stairs, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.It can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own private wardrobe area. The apartment also features a spacious living area, a dining space with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. . Not very clean

The most expensive place we stayed at in Italy, so we thought it would be a little better than the reality. The bed was two twin spring mattresses pushed together with a flat sheet on top and no fitted sheets. When you moved, it exposed what looked like a large blood stain. There was a couch in the living room but it was really dirty so we didn't want to sit on it. There were two dead (thankfully) cockroaches in stairwell. If you didn't have the lid down when you flushed the toilet, the water would spray all the way across the room. If you shut the lid and flushed, the lid would get soaked. We only had two towels provided. The shower was coming off the tracks. I felt like the pictures were a bit misleading too. There were a couple of good things including the washing machine, the location and the free bottle of Prosecco.

Bello e in posizione strategica, ma la notte rumoroso

Appartamento ben tenuto, molto pulito e considerato che si trova in un edificio storico, con tutto il necessario. La posizione è strategica, con bar, ristoranti e negozi alimentari sotto casa, e tutti i punti di interesse a pochi minuti a piedi. Purtroppo le camere danno proprio sulla strada, e complici dei serramenti non proprio recenti la notte si fatica a dormire, almeno se come noi avete il sonno leggero. Niente di insopportabile, ma val la pena segnalarlo.
