I was in Florence to study for 5 week summer session. This was the perfect apartment. Walking distance to all the main attractions, but out of the crowds. AC in every room for Italian summer. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and staying in some nights. Comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Beautiful patio. Second room and half bath for guests. Convenient laundry machine and drying rack. Very clean and was met in person for check in. I would gladly stay here every time I’m in Florence.

Clean and adequate

We found this property to be very clean. The beds were comfortable. Good location and excellent check in and communication from the host. Did find it a bit crowded with 3 adults and 1 teenager. The courtyard was great when the weather allowed us to be out there. Kitchen was not very well equipped but we were enjoying the many excellent restaurants near by.

Quiet location

Place was nice and clean and easy to get to all locations from. 3 of us were able to spread out. Nice to have the little court yard as we were there during a heat wave.

Close to all the sites. Being on the ground floor was wonderful. Near many restaurants. Could have used some basic items: paper towels and napkins. Overall good place to stay.

Authentic Florentine Stay

Very cozy apartment with all you need to have an enjoyable stay in Florence. The location is very close to the Central market, shops, restaurants, major sites and train station. If you're looking to stay in a convenient Florentine neighborhood, this is the place! I would highly recommend this property. Rosy and Marco were the perfect hosts.

Great Place to experience Florence!

This was my second time staying here. Great Location, the outdoor courtyard is great. I would recommend stay with 5 star review. I am planning my 3rd trip for July! Just have to confirm the dates. See you again soon! Just cant get enough of Florence.

I’m travelling around Italy with my adult son and his wife. The Florence apartment provided us a quiet place where most attractions were within easy walking distance. The apartment itself with two bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed us to be together while also providing a degree of separation and privacy.

Perfect Place

The apartment was beautiful. The courtyard was enjoyable. It was no more than half a mile to most exhibits that we visited. It was close to the.”tent” shops And there were many restaurants Within walking distance. We arrived at 11:30 PM due to train issues. We walked half a mile to the apartment. We were comfortable during the walk and pleased with the unit.

First stay in Florence

The suite is well situated and close to restaurants and store. Nice quite neighbor hood. Good communications with Rosy. Met us at the suite when we arrived from Rome. We could have used extra towels and sheets .Because we were there two weeks and it rained a lot doing laundry became an issue.

In general, the apartment was fine. Location was perfect. A little grocery store was just down the street so that was very convenient. The pictures of the bedrooms were a little deceiving. The bedding linens that are shown in the pictures is not what we had, so that was disappointing. The main bathroom and floors could have been a bit cleaner. Over all, the apartment was fine. The outside patio, kitchen and location were the best features.

Short walk to everything

Off the beaten path but a 15-20” walk to train station and major churches and museums. Grocery store at end of street. We used the washing machine and there is a big folding rack for drying. Bed was comfy could use softer sheets and the hot water shower was iffy depending on time of day. Rosy was an excellent communicator and the fan and AC worked very well. Staying here gave me a real sense of what living in Florence would be like.

Cute Apartment in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The layout is fantastic with the open terrace in the middle. My wife and I really enjoyed spending our nights out there and our kids loved sleeping in the loft. The check-in was a little problematic in that I couldn’t get my phone working internationally right away so when we arrived at the apartment and no one was there to check us in, it was stressful but it all worked out in the end. The location is nearby all the attractions and we had no trouble getting around. A big plus for us is that there was a playground right around the corner. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future!

Ideal location

The apartment is in a great location for access to all the sights of Florence. It is quite a dark apartment, being on the ground floor, which was fine with us as we were out all day sightseeing and only back during the day once. The courtyard, although being overlooked by other flats and receiving limited sunlight, was a nice space to relax as long as the air conditioning unit was not on as it was extremely hot weather when we were there. All the facilities were as described. My son left his laptop charger which the owner confirmed was at the apartment but did not follow up when I requested for it to be posted at my cost, which is unfortunate because all correspondence up until this was excellent.

Don't get me wrong the place was comfortable but there was a musty smell in the house and there was mold on the walls of the foyer as you walked in from the main building door, the bathrooms floor and wall tile grout had mildew on them to point that my wife didn't want to take bath. The other thing was that we didn't have any control over the air conditioning thermostat, it was pre-set at 22 and on locked position. The living room and dining room windows in the courtyard did not have any curtains or shades and the nosy neighbor on the second floor was always there to greet us. Marco was very helpful, he gave us good recommendations for restaurants near the apartment.

Good value and location

We liked the location - walked from train station and walked to museums and other areas of interest. Also was on a quiet street in a quiet building. The unit itself is small for four people. The second bathroom was a sink and toilet only and those barely fit in the room. The main bathroom therefore was used for showers for all four people. The living area does have a couch and a bookshelf but not much space. No space for four people to congregate unless we all sat on the same couch in a row. The kitchen was serviceable but also small with four people wedged into a table pushed up against a wall. Main bedroom did not have a door so any sounds from any activity in other parts of the apartments drifted in. The heat is not ideal. A central thermostat but with registers in the main bedroom and by the front door resulting in uneven heat distribution. The main bedroom was hot and the other bedrooms were cold. Check in and communication were great. Very clear and responsive. The apartment met our most basic needs.
