    We loved staying here!

    The apartment is huge and Rodolfo was very helpful. The neighborhood is a little bit of a walk from the Duomo but near other things — Perseus restaurant was amazing!

    My family of 8 (5 adults, 2 teens and 1 tween) really enjoyed our stay. Lucia was lovely and we felt very at home during our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. Location was perfect. Within walking distance to the main city area but still quiet! Beautiful apartment with great views!

    The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The combination of historic Florence charm and modern amenities made it a perfect home base for our stay.The location was very good. We could easily walk to Florence's major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, which allowed us to make the most of our time in the city. After long days of sightseeing, it was wonderful to return to such a comfortable and relaxing space.The host was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and everything was exactly as described. The attention to detail in both the design and functionality of the apartment was exceptional.We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily among the best. We would highly recommend it to families or groups looking for a memorable Florence experience.

    Wonderful property with easy check in

    Spacious and clean! This property was large and nicely decorated. It easily fit our party of 8. A/C worked wonderfully. An easy taxi/uber ride or 10 minute walk to downtown it was a convenient place to stay. Parking is super convenient but does cost extra. Check in was easy and the host was great. Would stay here again!

    Stunning!

    What a lovely apartment! The apartment was so convenient for exploring Firenze during our stay. The kitchen and dining area made for perfect group dinners when we didn't feel like going out after a day of exploration. The views were spectacular at all times of the day. I have to say that the pink bathroom is simply the best! Check in and checkout were a breeze and the hosts were easy to connect with when we had questions. I highly recommend this apartment.

    Absolutely wonderful!

    We recently enjoyed nine days in Florence and were fortunate enough to book this property. I can't say enough about what it offers. For a group of 7, it was perfect! The location was even better than we hoped. This was our second visit to Florence and we were closer to the city center on our first visit and it was very noisy. This property is situated a bit further out, but still within 15 minutes of the Duomo and easily within walking distance of all major places we wanted to visit. The train station is a 20 minute walk and made a day trip to Venice and Cinque Terre a breeze. The location is right on the bus line, so we were able to hop on a bus and get anywhere easily. We used the bus line to travel to Tuscany and it was so easy and negating the need for taxis or tour companies. Check in was simple and we immediately had everything we needed including helpful information and guidance. The beds are very comfortable and four baths was great for a group. We did a couple of loads of laundry mid-trip which allowed for less packing and luggage. The kitchen is great and so large that we were all able to fit in easily and enjoy great time together in the evenings. Lorenzo's mother stopped by and was delightful. I really can't say enough about how perfect it was for us.

    We enjoyed our lovely stay and appreciated the location that was slightly away from the city center hustle and bustle, but it was still walkable to most locations we wanted and had bus and tram stops right outside our door if we preferred not to walk!

    We had a great time at IL magnĂ­fico, easy access to transportation at a neighborhood that feels less touristic but close to the attractions. It was very clean and they all toiletry needed for our group.

    Beautiful Flat

    Spacious- 15 min walk outside the city but tough when very hot! Bathrooms are strange and shower stalls very small. Argumentative at check in- insisted we check out at 10 when clearly our reservation said 11 Manager - miss baby- was accusatory eventho we had only 6 people staying. Only showed us where we needed to dispose of garbage and did not provide any other information about washer/ac etc. When texted owner, she came to check on AC and then said no more questions. At our door at 11- rushing us out and no where to keep luggage. Overall not a welcoming stay with unfriendly and argumentative owner/manager. Would not stay there again!

    Beautiful penthouse

    Our group of seven really enjoyed the beautiful penthouse. It was spacious and well decorated and the air conditioning worked very well. The location was great as it was within walking distance of all the action yet far enough away that it wasn’t too busy and loud.
