Elegant three-room apartment not far from the Santa Maria Novella station

This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with every comfort, just as if you were at home: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, independent heating, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Ideal for families, friends or for a romantic getaway to discover one of the most enchanting cities in the world!

Cozy and bright apartment, located on the third and top floor of a building dating back to the end of the 1800s with a lift, it can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. The two bedrooms, one of which is located on the characteristic loft, have double beds, one of which is a futon and wardrobe. The toilet has a shower cabin and a bidet. Additional services available to guests: WIFI, heating, A / C, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment. One of our keyholders will contact you a few days before your arrival, to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment, and will remain available for the duration of your stay, in case of any problems and questions. We remain available through telephone calls or e-mails even during the stay of the guests in order to make the stay the best possible.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for the sole purpose of law, therefore we will ask you to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:
between 21:00 and 23:00 >> € 25
between 11pm and midnight >> € 30
over 24 >> € 40

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.
