The apartment is located on the second floor (no lift) of a small apartment building on a very quiet side street. It is very bright and spacious, consisting of: two large double bedrooms, where a single bed can also be added; a living room with a large double sofa bed, a kitchen-diner (equipped with dishes, an oven, and a dishwasher), a bathroom with a shower, and two spacious balconies—one of which is covered—overlooking the gardens and the access road to the house, respectively.
The house is equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant holiday: independent heating, ceiling fans, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, bed and bath linens, blankets, and personal and household cleaning supplies.
