Perfect place for a short stay

A proximité du cœur de Florence, l’appartement est idéal pour quelques jours. La literie est bonne, la cuisine équipée, Ambra/Dimitri joignables et disponibles… Le seul bémol le parking qui n’est pas inclus et à une dizaine de minutes (20€ par jour). On recommande ce logement !

Beautiful & Cozy

The apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10-15 minutes walk to most sites. Our host was very nice and responsive. She let us check in early and made taxi reservation for our departure. It is a pefect set up for a couple. My husband and I enjoyed our time there. It was spacious, clean with a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

The BEST experience

From the moment I booked, the experience was wonderful. The host is responsive and lovely. The apartment was perfect. Spacious, super clean and one of the most comfortable beds. I loved the location so close to the center (10 min walk). I hated to leave and can’t wait to come back. This was a spectacular experience.

Very nice stay in Florence

The location is very central to all the sites in Florence. Ambra our host was very professional and showed us where and when to go to most of the sites. The place was very clean and had a full kitchen. The washing mashine came in pretty handy too. All in all a very good experience for my wife and I. My husband and I rented this charming apartment for 8 nights during a springtime vacation in Florence. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and has everything you could want: a comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, attractive living/dining area, large bathroom and modern, easy-to-use appliances. The apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is a short walk to San Marco Square and Gallerie Accademia. There is a small supermarket nearby, near the Accademia. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and stocked the kitchen with breakfast items, which got us through the first two mornings. They also assisted us with taxi reservations. I would love to rent this same apartment from them in the future!

My husband and I spent 2 nights here. Our wonderful hosts, had the apartment equipped with everything you could need. Even to come in from a long travel. Coffee, milk, some breakfast goodies, milk and water in the fridge. And a nice gifted bottle of wine. An instruction manual, with info on everything in the apartment. T.V. a/c etc. Was very helpful. We walked each day and the town is spectacular! Much nicer than a hotel. Feel like a local and rent from Ambra!! Great stay. Thank you!

Absolutely Fabulous!!!

Upon our arrival, Ambra and Debora were there to meet us. They spent well over a hour answering all of our questions, explaining, in detail, how to use all of the appliances, internet, TV, etc, and how to find restaurants and food stores in the area. They have stocked the apartment with all cooking utensils that anyone could want. The refrigerator was well stocked with bottles of water and milk. They had plenty of fresh coffee, croissants, jam, olive oil, spices, etc….essentially everything that you could ask for…they even had a nice bottle of wine to welcome us. The washing machine and dryer worked great and came with soap. The apartment is beautiful and located on a quiet street that is a short walk to the city center. A large, well stocked super market is a short 7 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our two weeks at this apartment, and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Florence. Ambra emailed us several times asking about our stay, and if there was anything that she or Debora could do for us. We now consider both Ambra and Debora our special friends.

A perfect oasis in Florence

As soon as we walked into this apartment in Florence, we realized we'd hit the jackpot. The descriptions and photos of this beautiful apartment are exactly what you get when you walk in. It is spotlessly clean, and great care has been taken to provide quality amenities for the guest's comfort. Mario met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcomed. He showed us around the apartment, and sat down with us with maps to orient us to the local restaurants and markets to make our stay comfortable. He had milk and bottled water for us in the refrigerator, fully stocked pantry with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, some spices, pasta and sauce for a quick meal, and my kids' favorite - chocolate chip cookies. The beautiful kitchen was fully stocked with high quality pots and pans, and as Americans, we really appreciated the over-sized coffee mugs. The gas stove worked like a dream, and the small fridge was a perfect size for a family of 4. We appreciated the washer/dryer unit, which we used often, and the air conditioner kept us very comfortable. Fast and dependable wi-fi kept us connected and let us plan our activities. The beds were just-right firm and comfortable, and extra blankets were available for the nights we had the air condition cranked high. The neighborhood is very quiet, so we slept soundly. It's important to note this apartment does not face the street but is located in the back of the building. We were able to park our rental car about a 10-15 minute walk away at Parcheggio Parterre near Piazza della Liberta, for those of you arriving by car. And the walk into downtown Florence took us a very pleasant 12-15 walk. And the elevator was greatly appreciated! As a family of 4 with 2 teens, we were very comfortable with the large open floor plan. It was nice to close off the partition that divides the large room in two for the evenings for a little privacy. The sofa turned into two very comfortable twin beds, so two adults would sleep comfortably on them. At the end of our stay, we met Ambra and her associate Barbara and had a lovely time chatting with them and getting to know each other. It is very clear this team loves what they do. They take great pride in providing this luxury apartment to rent out, and it is very important to them that it is perfect for their guests. Of all the places we stayed in our one month vacation, Ambra's place was heads and shoulders the very best. Thank you, Ambra, for the wonderful experience you provided!

Absolutely Fabulous!

I was privileged to organize a 50th Anniversary trip for my parents to Italy, and booked two weeks at Ambra and Mario's absolutely fabulous apartment in Florence. I cannot say enough about the apartment or the hosts. The site advertised luxury, and that is what we got! The decor was beautiful, it was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - I missed mine (the pull out!) when I got home! The sliding wall between the 'bedroom' and living space provided privacy during the night, and an open concept space during the day. The laundry facilities was a bonus, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was quiet, but a close walk to Florence's historic centre. We felt like residents of Florence instead of tourists! Upon arrival we were treated to a tour of the amenities by Mario as we were given the keys, a fridge stocked with breakfast necessities and treats, and a lovely bottle of Chianti. Mario is charming, helpful and kind and represented all that is lovely and hospitable about Florence. We were also fortunate to meet Ambra during our stay. She is absolutely charming and went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable.We feel privilege that we can now count her as a friend. I have booked flats in various places before, and have never received anything close to the personal and thoughtful attention to detail that we received as guests at SS. Annunziata. I would recommend this flat to anyone visiting Florence... just don't book it for the weeks I plan to return!

appartement en tous points remarquables

Nous avons mis 5/5, nous aurions pu mettre 20/20, tant cet appartement est parfait à tout point de vue! Localisé à une petite dizaine de minutes à pied du Duomo et du centre historique, dans une rue extrêmement calme. Les 3 fenêtres de l’appartement donne sur une cour intérieure. Repos assuré. L’aménagement intérieur n’a rien à voir avec une « maison de poupées » : les équipements (literies, matériels ménagers,tv, wifi,…) sont de très bonnes qualités. Il y a 2 climatiseurs, ça peut toujours être utile en cas de défaillance de l’un deux, car à Florence, l’été, il peut faire très très chaud ! Nous avons apprécier la cloison amovible entre les 2 espaces de vie (sur les photos, ce n’est pas évident de s’en apercevoir), même remarque pour le lit gigogne qui peut se transformer en 2 lits simples indépendants. Idéal pour 2 couples ou couple + enfants. Nous tenons à remercier Ambra et Mario, les propriétaires, pour leurs gentillesses et leurs disponibilités. MERAVIGLIOSA FIRENZE E DINTORNI

Dopo aver valutato diverse offerte abbiamo scelto l' appartamento offerto dai sigg. Ambra e Mario che si sono rivelati gentili ed attenti alle nostre esigenze. L' appartamento elegante, confortevole, attrezzato e pulito ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Da non dimenticare l' accettazione del nostro pet. Vicinissimo al Duomo e quindi a tutto il centro storico oltre che al parcheggio ed altri servizi. Se in futuro decidessimo di ritornare sicuramente non perderemo tempo a cercare altre sistemazioni. L'appartamento corrispond...

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio; è molto pulito, ben curato ed accessoriato di tutto. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla dove regna il silenzio. Cinque minuti a piedi e si possono prendere i bus per la stazione. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti l'orto botanico, la galleria dell'Accademia ed un un supermercato. Quindici è si arriva nel cuore di Firenze, cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. Proprietari gentili è molto disponibili; siamo stati accolti all'aereoporto ed accompagnati all'appartamento. Stessa cosa al ritorno.
