Fabulous 3-bedroom recently renovated apartment in the heart of Florence, a 3-minute walk by Piazza Duomo and a 5-minute walk by Piazza della Signoria.

The spacious suite has two queen-sized bedrooms, including a futon, a full-size bedroom, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a double sofa bed.

The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator (please remember there are stairs inside the apartment!).

There is a washing machine in the commune area.

Needs TLC work.

Advertised as brand new by the Duomo, but there was nothing new about it. The showers had black mold, the shower door came off the track on the main floor. The upstairs bed was not made up, there are no shelves or towel racks. The sofa couch was not put together correctly and toilet paper was lacking for 6 people. The floors were also filthy dirty.On a good note, it's big and the location was good, accept for the loud people on the street at night.

DIRTY

1 star – Misleading, Dirty, and Poorly ManagedExtremely disappointed with this stay. The listing photos were clearly AI-generated or heavily staged— the actual space looked nothing like them. When we arrived, the place was dirty: dust everywhere, burn holes in couch, broken glasses in cabinets, dirty dishes, mold in shower. It was obvious no real cleaning had been done before our check-in. ( At least 6 months old worth of dust\ dirt) When we asked for cleaning they said there was a daily fee. They sent someone over at 11 pm with no notice with some dishes to replace the dirty & broken ones. Tried contacting the host about the issues, and didn’t get a response but we did have someone show up to clean. ( with no notice) He only mopped the floor with dirty cleaning supplies that had been in the closet covered in dust. The location is wonderful, but bring your ear plugs. It’s really a shame because this property could be run better and could have a lot of potential.
