The room was nice and comfortable, the bathroom was small but was fine for us. It was nice to have a lift. The self service breakfast was actually nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Top-notch location, close to everything. Room was cozy. Bathroom was a bit tight, but manageable. It can get loud outside but didn’t bother us. View from window was the Duomo which was amazing. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were great and the espresso coffee was the best. Will definitely come back!

We loved our stay at this property, the apartment was clean, close to everything, the self checkin was very easy, honestly only complain would be the building facilities but it is understandable because of how old is the building. Overall we loved it

Nobody there to help you check in. The check in process is quite confusing. Sending message usually get no response. The only time we saw a staff member was a lady coming to collect money. One day we even have no electric power.

Proprietor helpful when I reached out. Accommodation comfortable, but there were mosquitoes. A warning about opening window with those around would be helpful. A band and thronging tourists were noisy all night long, and we were late arriving due to airline losing our luggage. It was a trying first day in Italy, and this was not the fault of this accommodation. A remote innkeeper can’t offer comfort though.

The location is great, but this is not a real hotel, it is rather an apartment turned into 4/5 separate rooms. However, when we were there it was very quiet. You have to self-serve in the kitchen for breakfast. Also, host was not there when I arrived, it was not clear on which floor the place was and I had to be on the phone with him to be able to enter the apartment and then the room. Despite this, the rooms is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is tiny.

Propiedad algo vieja, por lo que huele algo feo al entrar, dentro del apartamento bed and breakfast cómodo y fácil acceso, algo viejo. Sin embargo es cómodo. Recomendable para descansar y estar en el mero centro de Florencia.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado pero por el contrario es súper ruidoso se escucha absolutamente todo xk las ventanas son antiguas y encima no cierran bien. El desayuno en la cocina es algo que me a gustado bastante. Está cerca de todos los sitios de interés y es lo más cómodo que tiene el alojamiento. Lorenzo el dueño del alojamiento es agradable pero 4 días antes del alojamiento me escribió para decirme que la última noche no nos podía alojar allí y que el nos reservaba otro hotel para esa noche, cosa que trastocó todos nuestros planes, hasta que no me vi en el otro hotel no me quede tranquila y eso empañó un poco el viaje, un acierto el cambio si lo llevo a saber me hubiese quedado allí las 3 noches xk a pesar de estar aún más céntrico no se escuchaba ni un ruido de la calle

Só vale pela localização

Localização ótima mas o serviço é fraco. Chuveiro do banheiro em péssima condição , estava rachado e saia água por todos os lados , molhando o banheiro… café da manhã com frutas frescas somente no primeiro dia … como ficamos 4 dias as frutas ficaram passadas … além disso solicitei por 2 vezes o controle do ar condicionado ao Sr Lorenzo e ele sequer respondeu.
