The area where it’s located was close to town and quiet. The host provided excellent communication and checked to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be back "

"The place was very clean and a good amount of seating for a smaller place. The cot was useful and the couch was kind of a like a trundle bed. I would rent again! "

"Parking was right outside my door. Room was dated but clean. Everything in the room worked as it should. The young boy at the front desk seemed to be a little lost when I was trying to check-in. But the lady that came along was more than helpful. Great stay for the money. Will stay there again when in sedalia. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well as a large grocery store across the street. The microwave in the refrigerator in the room.Both worked excellent."

"Old building in need of renovation / room updates. Had to move 3 different rooms to find one that had a working AC. Breakfast was decent and the openness of the common area was a plus for our group. Light bulbs were out so it was darker than normal but we worked with it"
