• Firstly, and most importantly, put in your passport, travel docs, credit cards and daily medications. Next, you'll need some entertainment to help pass the time. If you intend to catch forty winks, a neck pillow and a pair of noise-cancelling headphones will also come in handy. • While the list of restricted items can differ between airlines, the general guide to follow is avoid carrying anything sharp, flammable or explosive.
