"The staff did not answer my questions prior to arrival. Once I arrived at the reception, it was business as usual at any large hotel chain. The amenities have been modernized but not to top notch quality. For example, a shower stall has been added but the shower head is not what I expected in a hotel like this one. I was unable to open the drain in the bath tub. Otherwise clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. Polite and attentive staff. The hot drinks caddy for the rooms are now to be purchased for £4(?) I think that was but it was reasonable anyway. Would recommend the hotel for an overnight stay to be closer to Heathrow airport."

"We enjoyed our stay. The WiFi was an issue for the first three days. They did change our room, but it did not resolve the problem. Eventually it did start working again. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and exceptionally quiet."

"We were there just one night. The beds were very really comfortable! Skip the breakfast buffet, it was way overpriced for what you get, and the “hot” food was cold and dried out. Too busy for the few staff that were there"
