"The site is compact but still provides 2 pools and quality accomodation. The rooms were clean, spacious, well maintained and bright. Continental breakfast was included with the usual cereals, pastries, toast, etc. The hotel is very central to the attractions and amenities. Offsite parking just 5 minute walk and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and available. We would definitely return here if we had the opportunity."

"Floors were filthy, our feet were black after walking around in the room. Had to duck our heads under the TV to get around the bed to get to the bathroom. Reservation said they have grab & go breakfast sandwiches & coffee etc in the lobby every morning.. NOPE, they informed us via Text late night after we checked in - that suddenly the management ended that & we should pick up coupons at the front desk for a reduced breakfast coupon to a bakery up the street And the Ice Machine was broken so you had to cross a very busy street to their other property for ice. We were told it was going to be fixed....NOPE .... Do Not Book this Hotel.... it's going down the drain..... "

"It is a nice hotel, don't be fooled by the picture of the beach, it's not that big. The breakfast food was amazing, great service. "

"All pools and beaches should have same chair reservation rules. Seaside we could not get a seat due to people saving seats in the am not using them until after Lunchtime. Also, Sunset Bar by the pier wasn’t staffed or open. Beds were not comfortable for a premium resort. Replacement of the mattresses should be considered. Otherwise enjoyed our stay and may book again in mid November."

"The staff was great. We were early and they let us park at the hotel so we could venture into town while waiting for the room. The AC stopped working but maintenance was able to get it working quickly."

"The staff were amazing. We arrived early and left our bags at the front desk. When returned Rocco had already put the bags in the room . The room was spacious, clean and appeared to be updated. Loved the bar outside by the pool! We’d definitely would stay here again and recommend to our friends. Location was great."
