"Overall this hotel was amazing. This is the second time visiting a ruby hotel and this did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They had an event on whilst i visited and the atmosphere was great, was able to chat to people and learn their stories. When i come to rome again will come back to ruby "

"Views are great. Majority of the bar staff was fun and friendly. Food was delicious. Shuttle service was so handy. Room was sufficient for a 1 night stay, close to the airport. Cleanliness was... hmmm... room wasn't the greatest, had a tonne of toenail clippings on our balcony floor, lamp wiring was frayed and hanging out- definite red flag. Breakfast was sad! Cold eggs, cold bacon, watery juice. Both ended up feeling super nauseous later on. Water pressure in shower was horrible But would I stay here for a quick stopover again? Probably"

"Hotel is lovely, lots of seating areas and roof top pool is lovely. Just a few little things that could be fine tuned. The pillows look amazing and fluffy but go completely flat once laid on will definitely feel a stiff neck after your first night. For some reason there is no toilet at the rooftop pool which I find crazy. Air con in the room really isn’t great and seems to reset back to 26 degrees regardless of what it’s set to, not bad for our visit in May but come summer could see it being a deal breaker. And we got sandwiches from the rooftop bar which were given to us frozen for some reason. Overall the grounds are lovely, most of the staff are delightful, cleaners where like clockwork in the room everyday and despite the toilet sitch the pool which there aren’t a lot of in Rome is lovely to sit at all afternoon. Can’t comment on breakfast as didn’t have it while there but if you get a good deal I would say it’s worth considering Also the little restaurant over the road Osteria buio is actually gorgeous food carbonara was one of the best I’ve had if you couldn’t be bothered with the busy centre one night. Colleseums just over a mile away"

"The AC in the room was a little Shifty worked but like every 3 to 4 hours you had to turn it back on There was constant partying until 12:00 1:00 in the morning all around us, The pool is only open until 6:00 there is no hot tub it's a Whirlpool only. Very kid oriented. "

"It was the perfect 1st night in Rome. The spa was amazing and helped us refresh after a long overnight flight. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Centrally located to train and subway Elevators are extremely small. You may have to carry your suitcase up a flight or two of stairs. Staff is extremely helpful and breakfast buffet was great! "
