"This isn’t a bad place but not really worth the money. Host can be pushy to want to up charge for silly stuff and property needs updates and love. Parking isn’t easy at all. I’d say your better at hotel cause here they don’t offer any room service and again property management sucks. "

"Was a wonderful place to stay for a family who had a car and wanted to be able to drive around and have the options of visiting both the local area and the city of Rome. We chose Battistini as our driving point when reaching Rome, as it was the end of the subway metro line, about 30 minutes from our flat. Flat was clean and everything was fine with 2 large double bedrooms and an extra sofa bed if required. Really loved it!"
