"Love this place. Within easy walking distance of Broadway. The public library, a must visit, is just a block down the street. And the food truck in the parking lot nearby was the perfect late night stop when wandering around from being out on Broadway. ;-)"

"Lots of homeless all over Nashville sadly. We were shocked with the cost of parking which was more then advertised.
Location was great, pool was a great way to cool off and take a break from Broadway "
"I stayed here to attend the 2025 ATEEZ In Your Fantasy concert and The Mint House was amazing! The location was great and super accessible. The gated parking lot provided extra security and made me feel safer even though I arrived back from the concert in the later hours of the night. The room was spacious, clean, and cool. Would easily recommend and definitely keep on my list of places to stay whenever I visit Nashville again. "
