"Everything was excellent "

"The check in was such a process with a bunch of forms to fill. Some forms needs it to be filed out earlier than check in time but thinking is a Expedia reservation I didn’t think twice about checking king emails . So I needed to contact them to get access code to enter the apartment and which parking spot to use. The elevator was not working . The 3rd floor apartment was pretty spacious super outdated . The broken and stained 80’s style curtains that barely closed letting the outdoor street light in was very inconvenient. The paint coming off in some areas . The dirty floor boards . The kitchen was fully renovated with all the tools necessary that was a plus. And the floor was a pretty tyle . "

"Staff was generally friendly and the room was nice. Two major complaints: I had breakfast alone so sat at the bar. After ordering I noticed at least an inch of stagnant water behind the bar. I asked the bartender and he said it had been there for a couple of days. It brought into question the commitment to hygiene if they would actually serve food while the servers were standing in over an inch of stagnant water. I was also concerned for the bartender who while standing in the water was operating a coffee grinder and other electronic appliances. Clearly a shock hazard. I brought the issue to management who feigned interest but laughed at me as I walked away. The second issue is that the wi fi in the room didn’t work. "

"I love this hotel.. the location is everyythinggg... the bed is pretty comfortable too.. we slept very well! Clean room.. a couple of minor issues but the front desk fixed the issue immediately! 5 stars for me!"

"We stayed in the tower area in April 2026. It felt very old and was a bit uncomfortable. We had reserved a king bed room and the room was't available when we arrived. The only room type available was two queens, but they felt a little smaller than a usual queen. Also, the bathroom door didn't close completely, so it was weird to use the bathroom. The staff were really nice and did their best to help us. A staff member at the door saved us from a predatory cab driver. The desk person was also kind and calmed us after our experience with the cab driver. I would stay here again for the right price, but not for more than a night or two. "

"Bed was very comfortable and staff helpful when we wanted to drop off our luggage early before checking in. A few oddities: Had to unplug the microwave to use the coffee machine, but the coffee was good. Unlike most other hotels, there was no conditioner in the shower (only shampoo and body wash), and the toilet paper was rough. However, towels and bedding were clean (we slept well!!), and the courtyard area was lovely. It is walking distance — 10-15 minutes — to several restaurants and a beautiful cemetery. Didn’t love having to walk along A1A to get most places. Plan to take an Uber/Lyft to most places if you don’t want to walk a lot. "
