"The attention from the staff was excellent. Especially Niko He provided his personal cell number. He was available round the clock. A defective power converter tripped breakers in our unit at midnight and he came right over from his home to fix it. His recommendations for tours and restaurants were spot on. Room was very clean and spacious Awesome views of the islands and sunset."

"We love this hotel! Beautiful views and helpful staff. It’s also really clean. They provided transportation for a fee and even transportation to the port which we needed at 1 AM. This is honestly the best location. It is right by all the restaurants and some shops if you don’t want to walk far. We booked a boat ride and the pickup was only a few steps away which we loved. A lot of people staying at other properties were coming down just to take photos because the view is just that amazing. There’s a lot to see in Santorini but this was our last stop on our honeymoon so we stayed close. I would definitely recommend. "

"The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and assisted us in making the most of our one day on the island. One of our party is Celiac and once the breakfast staff realized this, they went out of their way to ensure they had gluten free items for breakfast the following morning. We needed to check out before breakfast but they sent us on our way with coffee and snacks, including gluten free orange cookies. We are looking forward to returning! Momma in the breakfast room and the other little girl made you feel just like family. Highly recommend a stay here. Will definitely be returning some day. "

"This property was perched perfectly on the hill to get a spectacular view of Santorini, it’s super close to bus terminals, shopping and places to eat. We had the cave room with courtyard view, just steps away from a view of the caldera . I would definitely stay here again, as the staff was super friendly and helpful with all our questions. I put a 4 for cleanliness only because the counter in our room was noticeably dusty with sand upon our arrival, but other than that, I felt it was a clean environment. I have knee issues and this location doesn’t have an excessive amount of stairs to get to your room from the drop off point. "

"We were pleasantly surprised how modern and clean the hotel was when we arrived. During our 3-day stay, we talked with Ares, Salome, and Alexandra. All of them were fantastic and provided very helpful suggestions (from where to buy local wine to where to eat and go). We also got a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and less than 10 minutes walking from the Fira bus station. Breakfast is included. There is an order form for the guests to choose breakfast items each night and breakfast is delivered to the room next morning. Plenty of options on the menu. Good quality food. Our friends checked in a week later and they also loved it! Thank you for making our stay memorable! "
