"As others have mentioned, there are many stairs and no elevator, so it’s not suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility difficulties — though this is common in many hotels in the area. For those who can manage, the view is amazing, both near the rooms and from the breakfast area. It looks out toward the back of the island for the sunrise or to be by the big pool and bar but within 100-150 ft from the front door you can walk across the street up to a parking area with benches to view the caldera and the beautiful sunsets! Breakfast included is amazing. The people are so helpful and kind. The place is spotless! "

"We had a wonderful stay. Thomas was very welcoming and accommodating, and he kindly assisted us with arranging a taxi. The property is conveniently located not far from the airport. The room was beautifully decorated—comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, and I was able to enjoy it even though the weather was a bit chilly. Overall, we had an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time here."
