"The location for the hotel is gorgeous! The hotel itself is very nice & well maintained. Our room was bright, clean & spacious. Good bathroom size. From every view at the hotel, we were able to see the ocean. It was beautiful to open our balcony doors to see the ocean & the cruise ships docking in the distant waters. Good breakfast, short walking distance to all the shops nearby. Great restaurants within walking distance. Short walk to the bus station to take us to Oia & Kamari beach. Warning: there are lots of steps to get to & from the rooms, so have on good walking shoes & be prepared! We would definitely come back again!"

"Everything about this property is first class. We had a cave room, that was just beautiful! Breakfast in our room or at the resturant was lovely. Toiletries, coffee and bottled water met our needs perfectly. The entire staff was pleasant, engaged and helpful. I think the location, between Fira and Oia in Firostefani is perfect. You are right on the pathway for the Fira/Oia hike. Resturants are right around the corner. Sunset views are beautiful - there is no need to leave your private patio. I find it hard to find something that needs improvement! To top it all off, after a brief conversation with the owners - a bottle of prosecco showed up in our room, which we enjoyed our last night. A great stay!"

"The resort was beautiful and the staff were top notch. I only have two down sides but they were easy to ignore as everything else was excellent. The bar tender upstairs was incredible but the pool bartender was grumpy and didn’t even approach any of our group to place orders every time we were using the pool. Second the coffee machine was broken the morning we were checking out so we couldn’t have our morning coffee before leaving this beautiful resort. Other than the two things mentioned everything else was perfect."

"You have to be careful when you book this hotel, it is listed 5 star property, but actually it is not, there are plenty of properties around the area, higher standard and same or cheaper price, the rooms are old, the bathroom is old and 1st time I see head shower is from side wall not ceiling , the bed room (Maisonette) is upstairs, the stairs to go up is very risky , especially for people with health issues, the bed is very uncomfortable , the breakfast was very poor, I stayed in Athens and Mykonos prior to Santorini in similar level properties, there is no way of comparison. Not worth money."
