The Location - Stylish four bedroom home located in a quiet street with beautiful ocean views overlooking the beautiful pristine waters of Fingal Bay Beach. The centre of Fingal Bay is 300 metres away with the surf club, Long Boat Café and Salt Water Restaurant, a fantastic kids playground and bike track that will take you through to Shoal Bay. The village shops are just one kilometre away.

The Unit - This well appointed two-storey home has spacious open plan living with reverse cycle air conditioning, flatscreen TV, Amazon Prime and Disney+ for your entertainment and with free WiFi access throughout the unit. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop and a full size fridge. Living and kitchen are located on the ground floor.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, one with queen bed, one with a queen bed whilst the other room has two single beds. The main bedroom is on ground floor supplied with a queen bed and a private ensuite. The main batrhoom has a full bath and separate shower.

This great holiday escape will make you feel at home with a balcony area on each level to relax and unwind.

Other features include a Nespresso Vertuo coffee pod machine, and a limited supply of pods will be provided. Full laundry facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, and an outdoor clothesline, are also available. Additionally, there is a double lock-up garage, as well as driveway parking.

All linen and towels are provided, and beds are made ready for your arrival.
