We loved this property it was right in the heart of everything. Especially loved the garden terrace at the top of the hotel. Amazing views. Xx

As a returning guest to Residence Hilda I was pleased to find it continues to offer quality accommodation. I look forward to staying again!

Upon our arrival, Giacomo brought our bags up for us and helped us to our room. He then excitedly showed us the roof top terrace that had a phenomenal 360 degree view of the city. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to most of the city monuments, and in a great area for food and quirky local shops. The breakfast was extensive, and had an excellent view from the terrace. An excellent hotel, and we will definitely return.

Wow, what an awesome and authentic experience. The hotel Antica Torre Di via Tornabuoni 1 was the most romantic and relaxing stay of our holiday. From the initial booking to the hotel stay it was perfect. The rooftop terrace and the wonderful staff serving, the hotel advice re restaurant bookings and things to see was outstanding and delivered in such a friendly manner. We can’t wait to return, we loved every moment of our stay. Congratulations on such a beautiful hotel, we could not fault you...

Arrived a bit late and the staff at Palazzo Mannaioni waited and checked us in promptly. We were very excited to see the space, super spacious and windows that you open the shutters and Florence is all around you. Very authentic, very satisfying. At one point we lost our key after hours and they arranged a new one immediately. That was a huge relief. Only issue was getting wifi in order. It can be a bit slow when the building is full and everyone is online. But that's not we're in Florence for...

Brilliant location in piazza della signoria. Honestly we looked out of our window to Palazzo Vecchio. Really comfortable room and we felt immersed in the citta di Firenze for 3 days! Staff were great, room super comfortable. We didn’t do their breakfast as we were so close to so many trattorias. Molto bene!

Really enjoyed the accommodation , very close to everything and comfortable.

This is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are fantastic. They are extremely clean and spacious. It is a great location . Very close to the station and an easy walk to all the Florence sights. The family who run the accommodation are the most friendly, helpful people you could ask to meet. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are great with giving information and plenty of shopping tips.

Unbelievably beautiful. Attention to every detail in a magnificently decorated apartment. Lovely hosts. A great deal of love has gone into looking after this apartment. Just a handful of kisses away from Ponte Vecchio.

A great stay. Communication was fantastic and place is nice and clean.

Excellent accommodation! A short tram trip from Santa Maria Novella station. A huge Coop store and a very nice cafe (Caldana) were just a few minutes away. Very good facilities and the room was spacious and clean.

Amazing hotel, they make sure your stay is absolutely perfect and it has a great location.
