I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is incredibly unique in terms of history and architecture. It also has an impressive art collection. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We loved exploring the area and recommend this incredible hotel to any traveler.

This was one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The 13th century property was renovated with exquisite taste to modern standard. The restaurant, pool, and service were 5-star. The property is like a mini museum with incredible art all around the property. My only regret is to have stayed there only one night. We’ll be back for sure!

This hotel goes beyond the 5-Star rating. Everything about the Romantik Turm was “over the top”. The staff working at the hotel go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The hotel itself does the rest. Every corridor or nook of the hotel has been thought-out. The decoration and furnishings are above first class. The art casually displayed on the walls are capable of being museum pieces. Including the Picasso, once again, casually displayed without fanfare. The spa is without equal anywhere we could think of. From the Salt Cave to the hay baths, you are in for a unique experience in the property. Finally, the restaurant makes it crazy to think of dining anywhere in the region besides their hotel. The hotel goes out of its way to make the dining experience memorable and very affordable. We don’t say this often being Americans, but we WILL be back!!

Sono tanti anni che prenoto in questa struttura che si è sempre distinta per il personale cortese ed i servizi offerti verso l’ospite, struttura elegante e confortevole, peccato che quest’anno il soggiorno è stato deludente. Già dal ns arrivo al ricevimento personale questo seccato dal ns arrivo, non ci ha spiegato nulla, consegnato le chiavi e nessuna informazione. Camere selezionate deluxe, ma appena entrati sembravano delle superior, presenza di polvere sui comodini e sulle finestre. Zona spa : utilizzo piscine - quella esterna un po’ freddina, mentre l’idromassaggio interno buono. La cena come la colazione un disastro. Manca organizzazione tra sala e cucina Confusione nell’arrivo delle pietanze, a parte un cameriere che serviva praticamente tutta la sala, gli altri assenti e comunque non conoscevano il menù, sembravano ‘arrangiati” La zona buffet tutte le verdure fredde di frigo , la colazione sguarnita e povera. Peccato speriamo che si riprendano velocemente. La cura e l’attenzione di una volta sembrano oramai un lontano ricordo. In generale non si sa se il Covid è una scusa (anche se non per i prezzi che sono invariati o addirittura in qualche struttura aumentati!) si nota un peggioramento nella gestione e nel personale degli hotel.
