Staff service was impeccable - very customer oriented and friendly they easily helped with arranging travel to/from the train station and for arranging a guide to tour us around the Medina. Breakfast was delicious. Clean comfortable rooms and quiet setting. Highly recommended. "

"I did not get the room I booked, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room standard was not good. I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this. The pool area seemed okay but I did not try this out"
