"brekfast was good and very welcoming by stuff, spa nasty, very dirty, the only bes thing about this property is the beach, it has the best beach view. facility never ever a 5 star never never, not even a 3 star, very old dated furniture in the room, nasty rooms, tiny nasty showers like a refuge camp, outside patio by the otdoor pool you can easy fall down from old deck wood by walking, stuff perfect, beach perfect, breakfast good. the rest is very poor"

"We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of our holiday due to being unwell. We ended up eating outside of the hotel on several occasions due to the limited food options - which we had not bugeted for! The reception and restaurant staff were all very friendly - the main positive of the hotel! The lights/ lamps in the restaurant fell on 2 occasions, just missing guests. This is an expensive hotel for what is offered."

"Excellent location, very nice and cozy place with 6 bays of private parking and the owners are extremely friendly, will definitely stay there whenever we visit algarve, highly recommended for a family vacation. We stayed in the master suite and it has ample space for 6 people, with a fridge, microwave , kettle and a coffee machine, the balcony was enormous, private parking for at least 6 cars, swimming pool and hot tub for all guests, simply amazing… "

"The size of the accommodation was the only positive factor for me. The apartment has absolutely no sound proofing, so we could hear not only furniture scraping floors, but also when the neighbours children were crying next door or above us. No blackout curtains. No recycling, we were in the room when housekeeping would come by and put all the glass and empty containers that we had placed next to the garbage can in the same bag and take it out."

"The apartment were big and nice decorate. Parking was easy to find but we were in low season. The only thing I think is important to mention is that after confirming the booking, I received a request to pay via an external link. Although it turned out to be legitimate and safe, it did cause me a few days of stress as I wasn’t sure at first. I contacted Hotels.com support several times and also emailed the resort directly to confirm. That said, everything was resolved, and we will definitely be coming back for a longer stay. "

"The whole hotel experience was fantastic. Such a calm and relaxing hotel in general. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. The breakfast was incredible, with a whole host of options and also freshly made to order food. The spa facilities were great and such good value for money considering it is included with the booking. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I will be sure to be booking again when I plan to be in Portimao."
